Go to the front of the bookcase inside Caspers house and shoot the bookcase
in the following order:

 1)  normal
 2)  fire
 3)  fire
 4)  ice
 5)  normal
 6)  fire
 7)  super spirit blasts

The bookcase will open and you can go to a secret room with Lucky the
Chicken inside.
