Beat Mission mode then play Free Scenario and go all the way to the back where
the NEW LUGNAL LX-30 will be ready to use.

Free Mission Mode:
Complete Scenario mode to unlock Free Mission mode.

Expert Mission Mode:
Complete Scenario mode with a ranking of A or better to unlock Expert Mission
mode.
