If you clear scenario mode without losing, you will get hidden cars.

Get All Parts:
You can get all parts without buying by pressing R,R,D,U,U,L,D,L,circle,triangle, from controller 2,
in the opening screen, then
press start from controller 1.


Maximum Points:
To get maximum points (9999000), press U,triangle,D,X,R,square,L,circle from
controller 2 in the opening screen, then press start from controller 1.
Note: Opening screen is where you can choose scenario,practice or link.

Maximum Money:
At the title screen on controller two, press Up, Triangle, Down, X, Right, Square, Left, Circle,
Select, Start.

Secret Parts:
At the title screen on controller two, press Up, Down(2), Up, Left, Right, Left, Right.

Different Car Display:
At the car selection screen, press L1 or R1 to display the vehicle's dimensions.
