Go to the subdirectory \data\cars\ and open all files (NOT hai.dat and
 zf.dat) in the notepad. Change in all of this files the first line to
 0. All cars should now be free !

 Or type in the 2nd line the number of passengers that should be able to
 enter a vehicle. But you cannot alter this for cars, where no passengers
 should enter.
