Godmode:
Pause the game and press X, L, B, R, BACK, Y, X. The game will automatically resume.

All Codes have to be entered at the Enigma Machine. Green lights will confirm
the correct code entry. Selece the "Bonus" Option underneath the Enigma Machine
to enable/disable the Cheat.

NOHITSFORU        Bullet shield mode (All bullets that are fired at you will be
                  ineffective and will not damage you)
SALMON            Complete previous mission with Gold Star
COTOBREATH        Paintball FMV sequence
