Hold down the [Alt] key and press [W][I][N]. This lets you
 access a cheat menu. Now you have:

 In the colony screen:

 [%] - adds 100 of selected commodity
 [^] - removes 100 of selected commodity
 [!] - all buildings

 In the European screen:

 [[] - tax down 1 %
 []] - tax up 1 %
