In the Options-Screen press Circle, Select, L1, R1, R2, L2, Square, Square, Select.
Every secret is now unlocked.

Unlock Character OUTRO FMV in Cerebro Mode:
Graduate the Acadamy with any character to unlock their OUTRO FMV in Cerebro Mode.
