Level select:
Press UP, DOWN, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, Y, X, X at the main menu with the
"New Game" option.
A scream will confirm correct code entry. Then, press DOWN at the "Press Start"
screen until the level selection option appears.
