Successfully complete the game with one of the following ranks to unlock the corresponding cheat option at the Extra menu.

Battering Ram           Successfully complete the game with the Professional ranking to unlock the Battering Ram cheat under the Extra menu.
Bulletproof             Successfully complete the game with the Professional ranking to unlock the Bulletproof cheat under the Extra menu.
Fully Loaded            Successfully complete the game with the Psychopath ranking to unlock the Fully Loaded cheat under the Extra menu.
Time Out                Successfully complete the game with the Career Criminal ranking to unlock the Time Out cheat under the Extra menu.
