When naming your coach in NFL Head Coach, name him the following and you will get the desired affect...
Code                    Effect
Red Nose                The body of your coach will turn into a Clown
John Madden             The body of your coach will turn into John Madden
Merry Christmas         The body of your coach will turn into Santa Clause
Hometown Hero           The Superbowl will always be played wherever you coach
Robert Vapor            Trades will not be rejected by the other team
