Like in the PC version there is a money cheat:
You spend all your money, non you reduce the taxes to 0% (in December). Now
you wait until the tax screen appears and then you hold (!) the L-button.
Now you leave the tax-screen (!hold L!) go again to the tax-screen and
increase the taxes to 100%. The citizen think that they do not pay taxes,
silly...
