Enter this in the game menu:

 RT-CHEAT    - Enables CHEAT mode or disable
 RT-CARS     - Unlocking all race cars
 RT-COMPLETE - Unlocking all roadtrips
 RT-NEXT     - Unlocking the next roadtrip
 RT-SLOW     - Unlocking all jam cars
