Cheat Menu:
At the main menu press Circle, Left, Right, Circle, Up, R2. If done correctly a cheat menu is available at the options screen to select everything you need.

Research Mode:
At the main menu press Square, Up, Down, Circle, Left, R1. If done correctly a resaerch menu is available at the options screen.
