=>Stage Select: On the title screen, press D U L R B A B A.

 =>Continue With Items: Inside the 5th cave on the first island, work your
   way to the 5th skull. After passing the skull, jump up and down to find
   a secret room with the Hudson Bee. When you continue, hold L and press
   START.
